😠 No good staff, one employee says something and another employee says something else. I usually buy a lot from WMF, I am very satisfied with my goods when I buy from Kaufhof or WMF. Just not in the Olympia shopping center, I always come out empty-handed. UNFORTUNATELY

😠 Unprofessionell und arrogant! Meine Bestellung war nur für einige Euro für ein kleines Gummiteil..... Ich habe das Produkt nicht erhalten und wurde aufgefordert, eine "eidestaatliche erklaerung" zu unterschreiben, dass ich sie nicht betrogen habe. Diese Firma könnte ja - (wenn sie wircklich wollten)...

😠 Kundenfreundlichkeit gleich Null. Schnell jemanden was verkaufen und vieles versprechen und wenn es danach Probleme gibt fühlt sich keiner verantwortlich ..Leute geht woanders hin
