😠 Most hostile staff ever

👍👍 Unfortunately the Elbenwald in my town was closed, so I switched to ordering online. The Elbenwald in Kiel is a little smaller than I'm used to, but there are a lot of nice items there and a good selection. The staff, as usual, were friendly and well informed.

😐 Took the chance today and stopped by the store in Kiel. Really nice hoodies and sweatpants. Great concept. But...the question about a discount in the store was answered with 5% by the supervisor. As a new customer there is 10% online with a newsletter. So I asked again if there was a 10% here too....
