👍👍 Home of the best festival in Europe so bloody worth traveling from the 🇬🇧 for this 5 day long festival, its the best one I've ever been to, being able to camp next to your car, food and beer stalls on site that are open 24hrs that's right cold beer or drinks all hours of the day and reasonable price...

Monumental buildings and a museum on the site of a coke and coal mine which began in 1849.

Medieval castle on a high rock in parkland, housing museum focused on art from the Middle Ages.

👍👍 The view from the ruin was insanely beautiful. Also, this ruin is a great place to have a picnic.

😠 use to be a nice place, but since Oldenburg got no good politicians, the town get's worse every day and they just don't do anything against it.

👍👍 Der Weg zu Fuß ist recht anstrengend, zumindest für einen Flachlandtiroler wie mich, aber es war die Mühe wert. Man könnte aber auch mit dem Auto bist ca. 400 Meter an den Turm ran fahren, nur geht es trotzdem noch ein Stück Bergauf und auch um auf den Turm zu kommen muss man einiger maßen Fit sein....

👍👍 Sehr beeindruckend von diesem Gebäude bin ich. Gut erhalten und gepflegt. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine gute Gastronomie mit einer großen Außenterrasse. I am very impressed by this building. Well preserved and cared for. On the ground floor there is a good gastronomy with a large outdoor terrace.
