😠 Anscheinend werden die Termine für gesetzlich Krankenversicherte telefonisch nicht angenommen. Dachte das die Rezessionen nicht stimmen können was telefonische Terminvereinbarungen angeht. Leider ist das der Fall gewesen. Wurde nach der automatischen Ansage gleich weggedrückt.

😠 This practice is definitely not recommended, only patients who have private insurance where the ruble rolls can come here. Normal health insurance patients are brushed off at reception and have a waiting period of 6 months. The 2 class system rules here!!! Not recommendable!!!!!

😠 Nie wieder, 2 Stunden Wartezeit trotz Termin. Sehr unfreundliches Team. Arzt geht ohne etwas zu sagen aus dem Behandlungszimmer und kommt erst nach 20min wieder zurück um mir zu sagen ich soll im Flur warten. Hab dann weitere 20min gewartet.
