👍👍 I've been training at the Sportpalast for 3 months and it's great fun. The pounds tumble and fitness and flexibility increase. I am taking 3 courses. Spinning on Mondays, spinal gymnastics on Thursdays and Pilates on Sundays and then in the sauna. The owner (Torsten, qualified sports teacher) gives...

🫤 Waren heute hier bisschen was kicken und sind echt enttäuscht worden. Bei diesem kunstrasen ist man permanent am rutschen egal was man für ein Schuhwerk hat. Die Halle war eiskalt und die Duschen waren auch ziemlich kühl. Für diesen Preis haben wir eindeutig mehr erwartet.

👍👍 Seit drei Jahren aktiv, es sollen viele Jahre noch folgen! Inzwischen 5 Jahre. Ich bleibe bei meiner Meinung. 🤷‍♂️ Es sind 10 weiter Monate vergangen. Es bleibt weiterhin genial!
