😠 I made an appointment for a test drive. Arrived there, the brakes were rusted, so the car could not be test driven (it can happen, obviously due to lack of staff). But: Despite passing on the contact, I have not received any notification for over a week now as to whether the car can now be tested....

😠 Dieser eine Stern ist schon mehr als diese Werkstatt überhaupt verdient. Das Personal am Empfang bzw am Telefon ist absolut unfreundlich. Wäre es einmal passiert könnte man sagen "war nur ein schlechter Tag" aber bei jedem meiner Besuche (4 Stück) ließ die Freundlichkeit mehr als zu wünschen übrig....
