😠 I've been to a lot of flower shops so far and this one was by far the worst. I have never been as dissatisfied with buying a bouquet of roses as I was here! A bouquet of flowers without design and without love! Just cash in and say goodbye.

It gets really uncomfortable when you want to exchange / return defective goods. The current legal situation does not seem to be of interest either; I'm still stuck with the defective goods...
