😠 I was tested on 3/19/21 at exactly 8:52 am. The result should be available on March 21st, i.e. within a maximum of 72 hours. Unfortunately, I only got the result on March 23rd. at 8:03 pm. Conclusion: ticket for the 21.03. booked and missed the plane :)) Thank you dr. Eberhard

😠 The lady at the front desk could use a course on how to behave with patients. Furthermore, these annoying referrals are not necessary, thanks to the free choice of doctor. It is also worth considering that the data was sent to the wrong doctor despite the referral.
