👍👍 Great classes - hot iron systems 3 times a week with great people. There are many more gym group exercise classes - staring with step interval. Body art, hot iron, yoga, plates, slide, jazz dance, etc. Classes for fit and unfit for young and old. Check out the schedule... it is worthwhile.
