😠 Tried calling the practice, as I don't speak english, I asked the receptionist if she did. She hung up the phone on my face. Very rude! I tried calling again twice but then she didn't pick up.

😠 Ärzte sind Top. Jedoch sind die Sekretärinnen/ Empfangsdamen sowas von Unfreundlich. Am Telefon eine sehr Unfreundliche Dame gehabt zwecks Blutwerten etc. Besprechung beim Hausarzt etc. Also sowas von Unprofessionell und Empathielos .... Wahnsinn.
