😠 Was 45 minutes late for pickup. Got a Mitsubishi Spacestar instead of a Golf class - for the same price - although other vehicles were available. Disappointing communication and customer experience.

🫤 Nur noch selten nutzbar... seit der Umstellung auf die neue Software ist die Ladesäule häufig "out of order". Ob bewusst oder nur Zufall... das weiß nur Lidl !

😠 Products and everything around them like in all other branches but the ..... is really unfriendly and a few other colleagues. Maybe you should do a test purchase at such branches and see how your workers deal with customers. I'm assuming that you don't care. I'll refuel somewhere else, don't bother...
