👍👍 When we visited the city of Paderborn, the tourist information office recommended the parking lot at the Pader Halle as good and cheap. Parking fees for an hour are €1.20, but for a day ticket you can park here for €7.
There is a public toilet next to the Pader Hall that you can use for 0.50 cents....

👍👍 Der Platz befindet sich neben einem Freibad auf einem Parkplatz der für Wohnmobile ausgewiesen ist 👍 Strom, Ver- und Entsorgung sind vorhanden und mit 50 Cent pro kWh bzw. 50 Cent pro 60 Liter Wasser in Ordnung.
Der Stellplatz selber kostet 5 Euro am Tag und wird durch einen Münzautomat bezahlt.
