🫤 Products are not bad but expensive. Horrible client service. Such a business deserves to be killed by Amazon and the like. The only advantage of Bauhaus is that one could get advice, when one can't get that advice because the employees don't know how to listen or don't care, Long Live Amazon!

👍👍 I found what I was looking for, despite the shop's vastness. The staff are also ready to assist and if one can read German, the signage is also pretty much straightforward.

😠 Wide selection but fairly unorganised. They use broad categories for naming their aisles. Staff is friendly but not really willing to guide you to the items you’re looking for beyond the aisle number.
