It is explained at the beginning how the floating process works.
You don't have to bring anything with you. Towels and soap are provided on site.
I still brought my own brush.
It was a nice, relaxed result and I can only recommend it.

👍👍 I've been doing sports with my mom at Ladies First for almost 14 years and we feel really comfortable here. Not only are the courses and trainers great, the atmosphere also contributes a lot to your well-being. Not only is it fun to work out there, relaxing in the sauna is also the best.
