😠 Sogar nach telefonischer Terminvereinbarung einige Tage vorher über eine Stunde Wartezeit... (wofür dann einen Termin ausmachen?) Nach meiner Nachfrage, wie lange es noch dauert, kam keine Entschuldigung oder ähnliches, nur ein sarkastischer Spruch.
