🫤 Die Dame an der Rezeption ist die unhöflichste Person, die Sie treffen können. Sie hat null Geduld und verbietet mir sogar, weitere Termine zu vereinbaren. Der Rest des Teams ist sehr freundlich und die Hilfsbereitschaft so unterschiedlich wie Tag und Nacht.
