Wenn ich einen bestimmten Verkäufer sprechen möchte und dieser nicht da ist, möchte ich zumindest auf Nachfrage wissen, wann er wieder da ist und nicht mit irgendwelchen anderen Kollegen sprechen, die dann doch nicht ans Telefon gehe...
