😠 großes Minus an die Rezeption. Unfreundliche und genervte Grundeinstellung was den Patienten gegenüber sehr unangenehm erscheint. keine email und keine Möglichkeit, Rezepte online zu bestellen. Telefon ist immer besetzt. Sie müssen immer in die Praxis gehen, um ein Rezept zu bekommen.

😠 Empfangspersonal ist eine riesen große Frechheit Unfreundlich. Schuldzuweisen und mürrisch.. und das bei psychisch Kranken hier muss dringend neues Personal gesucht werden.
