😠 Very unfriendly, incompetent staff, from "service" or "customer orientation" this seems to have heard nothing.
It gets really uncomfortable when you want to exchange / return defective goods. The current legal situation does not seem to be of interest either; I'm still stuck with the defective goods...

However, the price does not apply to the item that is in front, but the one behind it in a different color. A few weeks ago it was said about the same item: We can't choose the color when ordering, the color comes at random...so the same item number
