👍👍 Was there today for advice on rehab sport, all questions were answered to my satisfaction, treatment options were discussed. Obviously competent staff who do not put you under pressure. Very pleasant, I think I will do my rehab sport there. Very good range of courses.

👍👍 A very nice fitness studio, I can only recommend it to everyone, a real family atmosphere and not as impersonal as in so many large fitness studio chains. In the 20 years that I've been training there, I've only had good experiences and met a lot of nice people.

😠 The receptionist could have been more customer friendly, and the facilities were dirty, with only one hairdryer in ladies changing room. But the most shocking was the outside pool that was covered in green moss and algae. For such a high priced sauna, we expected more. Sauna master lady was nice.
