😐 The reception is very cold with the ladies at the reception and you can only get an appointment in 4 months. You're young and you can wait, said the lady. The 3 stars are only for Dr. Gutbrod's thorough examinations and further treatment.

😠 If I could, I wouldn't give one star. The reception staff is very unfriendly. Further training in communication would be urgently needed. The doctor doesn't let you finish. The appearance of the doctor is condescending and arrogant. My conclusion not to recommend
