👍 The signs on the gates are bad. We thought it was closed. Just push through.
For a non German speaker it can be challenging but we managed.
Overall it was relaxing and calming experience. Recommended if you want a couple of hours off the grid.

😠 Despite making an appointment, we found ourselves in front of a closed door. There was a cell phone number on the door, which we were then told very rudely that it was closed. When we pointed out that we had reserved, they didn't respond at all.
All in all very annoying and not recommended!
