😠 There are very rude and uneducated women at the reception. They write out prescriptions on A4 sheets. This forces patients to run back and forth for a normal prescription. I wonder if their boss knows that they are doing this? And does their boss know how rude they are to the patients? Shame and low...

😠 Not a good experience, but the company marked my comment as a lie and removed it. My initial rating was 3 stars, now it's 1. You can't remove things whenever you disagree with them. It doesn't make them a lie.

👍👍 Very professional clinic with nearly no waiting time. 5 stars to Dr. Victoria Demirci as I had professional cleaning & everytime I did it before it was painful. With Dr. Victoria there was no pain at all. Plus she is very informative & really nice. Totally recommend her.

😠 I visited this dentist last week. Teeth cleaning consisted of her assistant rescaling my front lower teeth. No polish and teeth still have plaque. Very interested in trying me to get to spend money! Not recommended!

👍👍 I visited Prof. Hassel because of a complicated problem which I had with one my fillings. He patiently described the procedure and all possible options. More importantly, the filling replacement session was totally pleasant.

😠 Unfriendly staff. In my experience, this practice doesn't even deserve this 1 star !! Overpriced everything they do. Fortunately, there are enough dentists who do not want to pull the money out of their customers' pockets.
