😠 Unacceptable behavior. I was trying to get them on the phone for 2 days and when they finally picked up, I asked for information about a product. They asked me for a product code, and as I was saying the code, they hung up on me. Of course they never picked it up again.

😠 Polite until we shop. After leaving the cash register... €35 sweatpants after 5 days we went to change the number and even though it was with the label as we got it, they didn't change it because we committed the crime of throwing away the receipt.
