🫤 I liked the apartment very much, since it is high quality resident apartment, but price is very high to afford by honest government employees even if they are in good position.

😠 Worst apartment nasty people's they don't care about public. They will open the sewage water in the public park and public places.

🫤 Building is seems to be old. Which I visited one flat it is not well maintained. Internal doors are not good condition.

👍 I'm a regular visitor to this apartment. On a scale of 10, I'll give 8.5 points. Focus can be made in making the apartments more green by some investments in gardening. Ground floor is for parking. It has a cool Gymnasium.

The owners are unprofessional (especially the guy who owns Villa 16 - he is a government servant and asks us not to put any rental agreement - gets rent only as a cash , etc) and the houses aren’t strong without any maintenance (especially during rainy days). 😠 One of the worst places to live in Saravanmpatty. All thanks to a predatory association . Association is filled with a lot of losers who have nothing better to do other than harass residents. They charged up to 3900 as maintenance for us . There are alot of other flats that provide better amenities...

😠 Worst maintenance! Please do not buy this Town & City property. Quality of materials are cheap. Water tanks have started leakage just in 2 months from handover. Missing basic safety measures. No proper cameras installed for parking area. Management is not taking any responsibility.

👍 Good place to stay... It is just a room with kitchen and hall...No hotel is in the building ..If u want anything the security will go and buy from local shops and give it to u. Near to GN mills bus stop and kongu arts and science college. Nice place .
