😠 Very biased with tennants. They charge non refundable fee of Rs 10000 towards damages as mandatory. Good place to stay but the committe needs to change their behaviour towards tennant. I would suggest people who are looking to take house on rent in this society to learn more about the committe.

😠 Please don't please dont rent flat here ever. this is A society of fraud people. i along with my friends was living their in E401. first of all flat was disgusting, there was leakages in washroom, so many cockroaches and lizards, doors were jammed plus when we did vacant the flat owner was not ready...
