👍 It is a good digonostic center at Tamluk, Purba } Medinipur. Behavior of the owner and the stuff is very good. They took the sensitive care to the patient. Over all their service is satisfied.

😠 Extremely money minded person. Asking for consultation and test fees over 15k before going over the details. When asked what tests were these for 10-12k without knowing patient history, the receptionist did not have any answer. Such doctors should not be given a licence in the first place!

😠 Staffs are not trained. My mother went there for ECG and a male staff entered the ECG room without knocking the door.This kind of irresponsibility is not acceptable at all.

😠 Only business is happening here. They dont care about patients. After doing the bill need to wait long time more than for hours for the specialy usg. And they did not tell the estimated time of test. Very bad service i ever seen. Staff are gossiping with each other.

🫤 Absolutely unhygienic washrooms! They are charging12k for an MRI. This is the bare minimum a customer expects. People were not wearing masks properly and no one was really there to follow up on the same.
