😠 Worst hotel, 200 meter above on hill. No parking. Geyser not working, no food. No helper to pick the luggage. No light in the washroom, have to climb the stairs to reach the hotel. Worst experience.

😠 Really bad experience. The room was dingy and there was water seepage in the walls. It was smelling of wet rotten fabric. There is no lift here. My parents had to climb up and down 4 floors. Glad that we booked this one for just a 3 hrs halt to freshen up.

🫤 We reached Shimla old bus stand around 1 am at night so a person came to our car and asked are you searching for hotels than he took us there and there was no facilities available. And they charged us more for not so clean washroom and dirty room. Only thing that was good was the view from our room

😠 Money they charged for room too much. Facilities in room is not provided as they charged money. Geyser was not working in such a cool temperature. Rooms have no ventilation. Location is good as it is nearby mall road you can spent good time at mall road, ridge , scandle point etc.

🫤 We got the booking through the holiday home association of a nationalised bank. I would suggest not to book here owing to its location. Although the newer rooms in this hotel are absolutely gorgeous, but their older ones are stinky.

👍👍 We stayed on delux room which has a modern room decor. Room was warm which is good in cool place. Food and service were excellent . Our Waiter we're kind and helping. All over our stay is excellent. Reception staff were good. I Recommend this hotel and visit again
