😠 Let's start with the interaction. They record your call without your knowledge/consent. They probably do it so they can refer this to you later if any agreement issues arise. I don't really have an issue with it. But they should let the customer know they are doing it prior else it looks very creepy...

If you book for chilika book only for satpada govt boating else you will be looted, cheated and exploited. Do not go for any private boating. Tell this to tour operator as well as driver at first. All tavera driver and other drivers have commissions...
