😠 Let's start with the interaction. They record your call without your knowledge/consent. They probably do it so they can refer this to you later if any agreement issues arise. I don't really have an issue with it. But they should let the customer know they are doing it prior else it looks very creepy...

😠 First of all, they would'nt provide you a proper seat no. In the bus and will try to adjust you as per their own free will Secondly they will argue you and try to fight with you with a devil may care attitude.
Wouldn't even return your tickets one booked.
