😠 Fraud Samsung service centre located beside Sarada Devi Kakinada incapable Engineers not trust worthy went to replace the screen of my phone however was told the motherboard of the device had to be replaced too which will cost me extra Rs.8000 luckily didnt opt to repair it , opted for a 2nd opinion...

😠 Cheated by replacing Charging slot for MotherBoard Problem...Haven't even returned the money back for their wrong diagnosis instead arguing. I have mailed to the CEO , lets see if I get justice.

😠 Worst service by this service center. Everyone is irresponsible in the center. After the company executive checked the item and taken to service center they will show us the new problem in the product and just take the money. They are only money minded. Better never go to this service center
