👍👍 View from the top is scenic. The dam can be seen clearly.
Too much windy. Cool wind blows and is a great place to spend the evening. Sunset can be enjoyed with family or friends here. Even good for picnic.
Be aware locals drink here too and can be dangerous at dark. So leave before the sun sets.
