😠 Place is quite dirty, trash is full and the staffs just sits and play handphone.. Not flexible …when you accidently forget your card, you are not allow to exercise…other high end gym, you can just show your ID…human do tend to forget, we are not Angels or God… I dont recommend the place

👍👍 Alatnya lengkap, harganya terjangkau banget, 225/bulan, kalau setahun diskon, cuma bayar 1.650. Dan bisa dipakai cabang Duoshine dimana aja, karyawannya ramah. Dan kita bisa ikut semua kelas yg ada, tanpa ada bayaran lagi. Oke banget sih yg pengen ngecilin atau gedein badan, bentuk badan, bisa2 aja....

👍👍 Stay for 3 nights. Clean room, friendly staffs, nice stay experience. Price is also reasonable. You can do some light exercise by walking around the wisma and Universitas Terbuka area. Breakfast is delicious too, though they should add more jam and butter varieties, I didn't even get to top my bread...

👍👍 Nice budget gym. It has a smith machine, 2 bench presses, lots of ez-curls, 2 mechanical treadmills, lats equipments, chest press machine, legpress machine, pull up assist, sit up bench, and olympic bar. Although the sleeves of the olympic bar are quite rusty.
