You talk on intercom, and if you are deaf like me, it's possible to here instructions.
It happened me two weeks ago and only for another person helping me I was in trouble.

😠 Incredibly rude staff. Sunday 11th June the lady on the help button was ZERO help and condescending to boot. Apparantly in Q-Parks world a 'daily' rate consists of just 8hrs not 24hrs like the rest of the planet. A lesson in customer service and clearer tariff rates are needed.
