😠 The Apartments are dirty.
In the park next to the binary there a children who throw rocks and empty bottle at you while you walk.
If you talk to them they want to fight you and there are many of them
and a few of them had knives.

It looks nice but it's cheap inside. The technology used is outdated, e.g. storage heaters! and the plant in every apartment with waterpump! - are extremley loud. People using appliances in the night which robs your sleep.
