This is the perfect place to stay if you enjoy being woken up by super loud drills and hammer sounds, and being laughed at and not being taken seriously by the management every time you mention anything remotely negative, regardless of how nicely you approach them. Flats and rooms are walked into without notice, lifts and anything else that may break are broken for weeks and in some cases months at end, rooms have no ethernet ports so you're stuck with terrible WiFi, and worst of all, if you pay for a premium or deluxe room thinking you'll get additional space, think again, there is absolutely NO difference between the standard rooms and premium/deluxe rooms. As previously mentioned, each and every attempt to remedy a situation results in either being laughed at or being told "it'll be taken care of, we'll get back to you" only to find yourself experiencing the same mess over and over again and never hearing back. Considering the fees, this place is a joke, definitely would not recommend.

I just moved in yesterday and I must say that I am highly disappointed. The room was very dirty with couple of tiny roaches all over the floor. The shared kitchen space as well was a complete mess. Very dirty cooking top, the microwave is stinky and has mould in it. The fridge also had mould in them with a terrible stench. It was a disgusting sight to behold for someone that is just moving in the first time. Looks like it wasn't cleaned after the previous occupier left. Most of the cupboards in the kitchen have fallen apart and are hanging for their life. I definitely expected something better for the cost I am paying. There should be at the minimum, value for the money people pay, which I didn't see. No quality control cleaning checks. I shouldn't be getting sick and irritated on my first move in day to a place. In the past 3 weeks the entrance gate into the block e apartment complex has been spoilt. Myself and several other residents have reported this issue all to no avail. Security doesn't seem to be taken very seriously here. Also, I reported an issue about the broken chair in my room when I moved in August. Up till this very moment it is yet to be replaced. We are paying approximately 1200 euro per month and our safety is not even guaranteed.

I stayed in Binary for my first year of college. I was on the ground floor, facing the park (which at the time was a building site, full of debris and with the builders at literally 10 meters from me). The room was horribly dark and felt like a cave. It was dirty when I moved in (even though they made me wait 1 hour after check-in because they were "cleaning it"). The bathroom had mold, the matress was bad and old, and the lighting felt septic. The living room was big enough for the five of us, but the kitchen wasn't really. One of the hobs was fully burnt (unuseable). I met some beautiful people, and did feel like there was a sense of community (people would always hang out at the common room, we had a lot of freedom), there was also many events constantly organised by the accommodation, which was cool, especially as a first year. Towards the end, they became stricter with parties and bringing people from outside... which sucks. All in all, the accommodation itself is a bit of a s***hole.... And I was paying 1000 a month..... thats Dublin for you. Administration was also appalling... the people at reception were intentionally not helpful, and treated students like spoiled brats... when we're paying the price of luxury, for a room that would give anyone depression lol.

IT'S A SCAM... Dirty, my room and the common room have not be clean after the last occupants left, it's noisy, unsecure since teenagers destroy or break bikes right in front of the front desk. WORST EXPERIENCE. If the price would have been an honest one, it would be twice lower. Really a scam, very disappointed

This hotel whilst clean and well situated is lacking in flexibility. It was within walking distance to the Temple Bar area and the river. The rooms were stuffy with no thru ventilation and the doonah (duvet) was too heavy. When I asked for something lighter that was not possible. I finally asked could I have one more towel to use as a blanket but even that was too difficult. There was no soap in the room. There was a room to make tea and coffee but none was available. It could hardly be called a hotel. The staff were a bit too officious especially one of them. Overall I would not recommend it if you would like a few comforts considering the price.

Worst experience. Specially a nightmare for noise sensitive person. The sound proof of this whole building is crucial. You can hear anything from the other rooms. Specially if you stay the room nearby the kitchen will be a another nightmare. All doors here are no soft-close and it keeps slamming all the times. I even woke up by the door got slammed from the others room even I was staying the other side of building. I pay 1,200 euro and this is what’ve got beside the cracked head teenagers that other reviews. Please make decision carefully before signing a contract here

There is ZERO security. There is criminal activity in front of the main door and nobody bats an eye. Residents complain but Aparto ignores it. The place itself is not worth the price. There are 7 washers and 7 dryers for 5 buildings and it’s not efficient. Everything in the rooms and kitchen is old or broken and needs to be substituted. This entire place is a joke

First off, the place is decent though exorbitantly priced, just like the rest of Dublin. Now, the reason I gave this a 1 star is because of the fact that the area which this is located is extremely bad. The park right outside usually has teenage boys who would throw rocks, and pretty much anything they can get their hands on at you and they’re armed with knives. Another review has already mentioned this. This is a disaster waiting to happen as these thugs get older and get emboldened by the lack of security and repercussions that is the norm in Ireland, especially so in rougher areas like this.

Do exactly what they say they do. You'll have to bring everything (soap etc), but towels & toilet paper are indeed supplied.

The rooms need better lightning and some furniture needs to be replaced such as ovens. But overall it was very convenient - with its common room, laundry room, gym and the staff were the best. There are some troublesome teens around but overall the location is very good near the centre.

😠 Absolute rip-off, and hole of a place to live in Dublin City Centre, thanks to the disrespectful neighbours that party into the hours of the morning, 7 DAYS A WEEK. Expensive rental units in a poorly managed set of buildings. Management has gotten slightly better over the last few months though. Fo...

👍👍 Great place to live. The management company is very responsive and Garry, the caretaker, is a very dedicated person, always in a good mood and available to help. Some of the apartments have view to the water, which it’s amazing. Management company for the Parking spaces (in 2022) is a disaster, but...

🫤 Would not go there again. Don't take me wrong, the apartments are in an excellent location. Very close to the convention centre and a walking distance from the city centre. Yet, I really don't understand the working model of the company. You basically do not meet anyone from the company. You chec...

😠 Nice enough apartments.....but WAY over-priced for what they are. Staff are not particularly friendly or helpful. There is no decent safe parking nearby. We had to pay a whopping €200 just for a one night stay, out of season, of which one of our couples had to sleep on the couch. There was const...
