😠 Ho telefonato per fare una prenotazione degli analisi del sangue. 18 minuti di attesa (da non crederci), poi mi risponde la Signora dicendo "non la sento quasi per niente" e mi butta giù. La seconda volta 23 minuti di attesa. Mi dispiace per chi non può rivolgersi ad un'altra città.
