🫤 The customer service here sucks...they put you on hold for every department if you don't have a name your put on hold after several calls. Legitimate law abiding citizen get the run around just to acquire a firearm permit. Your not even given a chance to protect your life or your business. Smh

🫤 Please reconsider the process for travelers. The timeline isn’t reasonable. There needs to be a quicker turnaround time for the authorization results. It will give ppl a chance to fix their issues if need be....
