😠 عياده فاشله بمعنى الكلمه المواعيد وهميه نظامهم تعالي و انطري ساعتين عشان تدخلين و ما يمدي بدت ليزر الا خلصت بسرعه بسرعه و ايدها ثقيله و سببتلي جروح !! هذا غير موظفه الاستقبال تتعامل بكل برووووود و ما عندها الا (( بس عشر دقايق )) و العشر دقايق صارت اكثر من ساعه تجربه سيئه جدا و ما تنعاد و ما انصح فيه...

😠 العياده مقبوله بس الرسيبشون خدمتهم موحلوه كلش فترت الصبح خصوصا اللبنانيه نفسها خايسه وماتحترم المراجعين وتاخذ زياده فلوس من المراجعين وماتبلغهم بالعروض وعلى طول تتهاوش مع المراجعين يعني اشكرا بتخسر العياده من الزباين....

😠 Place looks great. But the services being offered is definitely not up to the mark. Very unprofessional . in the name of hydra-facial, they offer some other facial . Waste of time and money .

😠 Went there for a check up, the doctor literally checked me in 2minutes and prescribed me antibiotics. No blood test nothing. And this happened 2 times already now. It’s like they don’t care about people, they just sit there and write prescriptions for meds...

😠 Doesn’t get any worse we did the PCR Covid-19 test two day ago ( horrible experience by itself) and the promised to call the next day with the results. Nothing yet and no one to answer our call.. 😠 They don’t behave well to outsider if you are kuwait they will give you nice treatment, if you are non Kuwaiti they even check you properly, and Treat you as an animal 😔😔😔

😠 I've been trying to book an appointment for the past two months, sometimes the lady for bookings isn't available, and other times the lady who does the massage isn't available! Unprofessional!
