Best places: Beaches in Latvia

👍👍 Just beautiful. Long sand Beach. Clean. Playgrounds for Kids. If you seek some peace just walk along and you will calm down very easy. No matter what season you are visiting - always take a scarf with you. The wind is sometimes mind-blowing ;)

👍👍 One of the cleanest beach of Baltic coast. Many toilets and changing cabins. And of course, soft soft sand with just a few people around. Oh, and stunning sunsets also 😎

👍 I find the water here cleaner compare to other beach in Riga (my opinion). I like that they have mini shops around to buy ice cream and other food/drinks. chairs and change rooms are available freely. There are additional items available on ground for rent. Not so deep which is good for me.

👍👍 Great beach, half hour from Riga by train (less than 3 euros there and.return) everything is cool specially the white sand and the long walk on the promenade filled with nice restaurants and cafes. The Sea is clean and warm and the surrounding forest makes it special.

👍 Not crowded, deep water and somewhat neat. Generally I cool place to enjoy the sun and watching it set.

😐 Good place for fast relax, not so far from Riga. Hard to find a parking. Love to visit late at evening for sunset.

👍👍 Squeaky sand, small pine trees. Nice place for a walk all year round. There is a parking space nearby, but it might be fully occupied on a nice sunny day in the summer.

👍 Stunning beach. Almost deserted when we went. Plenty of parking a short walk from the beach, and shower and toilet facilities are good. Only issue is with paying for parking that is via an app for which you need a Latvian phone number.
