😐 i wish it was more open than closed. nice green place to visit with the kids if you live around. Although there are not enough things for the kids to do except for running but its a nice quick escape from the busy city streets.

🫤 Hard to find in the urban jungle. Squeezed against a highway flyover. Almost inaccessable because of security for the near UN building. Khalil Gibran deserves better.

😠 I heard Beirut has only four public parks. It's hard to believe Mar Nicholas is one of them. There is no green grass and water accumulates into the pool (or fountain, I don't know) and it looks unhealthy for kids. It's a pity because kids need green spaces to play and Beirut is real short on them....
