👍 Atmosphere is good, it is located in the city centre.
Beware of the prices though. Cheapest hot dish 18 EUR. Beef Steak 32 EUR.
Prices are astronomical to average Joe from Lithuania.
A good place to get a starter and get a beer maybe lunch. Far too expensive for locals.

Can't say, that something is clearly wrong here, apart from dirty old soviet books which are used as an interior decoration.
