😠 Hotel has booked money from account and till now( one month later) no money back. although at check-in we paid again for the room and received a promise that the money would be returned. Hotel doesn’t respond to the email. Otherwise you don’t have any other contact to them !!!!!

😠 I wouldn't wish anyone to deal with someone like the owner, especially if things aren't going their way. I would be afraid to take a risk.
