😐 50/50. The place is nice and beautiful BUT the room is dirty. The bed is clean but I'm pretty sure it hasn't been washed from the previous tenant. Found a half eaten cake in the fridge 🤢 So gross. Cockroach in the bathroom but I understand since the place is in the middle of the nature. Fast wifi....

😐 Cleanliness is about OK! Had a room at 2nd storey with a window facing the backlane and the Malay Mee goreng shop. Quite noisy late at night but acceptable. Mee Racun serves quite a good plate of Mee goreng with either chicken or lamb shank. If need to go for other local food, walked 10 mins across...

🫤 If you need to stay downtown Batu Pahat, and don't plan to spend time in the room except to sleep, then they have clean beds and a bathroom. It's located in a fairly quiet street which is an advantage

😠 The property owner claimed that there is no rooms even we already booked through booking.com and the sad thing is we already arrived at the place and the payment already deducted. They ask us to find the others place or they can help us to shifted to another place under OYO hotel but at the end noth...

🫤 Other than its convenient location, the room were not very well done up as a hotel should. There wasn't a wet and dry compartment in the toilet n no place to put your toiletries. The airconditioner stopped at 0400am every morning without the timer on.
