😠 Worst customer service I've ever experience. Called to ask some questions on how to get my parcel cleared. He ended up arguing with me for over 10 minutes. Instead of telling me everything is written on the letter sent, just answer the questions that were asked.

😠 My parcel stuck here for many days. It should change name to pos lembab. Worst service ever. Use other courier service everyone! Last time they didnt call me but said i didnt pickup my phone. The worst branch ever existed in the world!
