🫤 Went on a holiday, have to drive all the way up to level 9 parking (I din't know parking can be up so high! ). And there's a total of 4 lift, 2 for resident only, 2 for visitor only, the lift is always full, have to wait for few rounds just to get into the lift.

😠 Service was very poor. Receptionist was extremely rude. Please do check to all the items provided for example the blankets, towels etc before leaving/checking out from the motel as you might be blamed for stealing those items. Who would like to steal the items which looks like a 2 star quality brand...
