👍👍 Staff are very friendly, responsive and approachable. The hotel is clean. They attend to our request efficiently. We enjoy the stay with the daily update (both video and voice). We feel our pets are in good hand with them. They will be our next choice for pet hotel.

😐 The place is alright. Overall, it’s nice, clean and aesthetically pleasing. Though, the walls themselves are only okay. The holds are pretty slippery, so are the rental shoes.
