👍👍 A nice project by RMMJ housing, where it's located in a serene place surrounded by greens. Good residential environment. Nice location just next to the Coastal Highway which is just 5-10 mins distance to crowded areas like Perling and Bukit Indah.

😠 Location is extremely off, extremely jam on a Sunday where all the Johorean and Singaporean going back. If stay here means Sunday cannot come out. Only way to go back is from the other direction, a big detour to go to future R&f Shopping Mall. Staying here is at the mercy of the land transport auth...

😐 Medium cost housing areas. I believe two types of flats. Located at the end of the road, Jalan Permas 7 if not mistaken. This area really impressed about the cleanliness of the area and bottom ground area of each unit. Good job done by JMB.

👍👍 Obviously the new Committee and Management team has worked very hard to improve and make good of the apartment.

😠 Very bad management ability, not enough parking space, even if you want to rent one more carpark, management didn't pay any attention , I have been waiting for a year to apply for one more parking space, but didn’t have any answer ,and the security guards are very bad attitude

😠 It's not fun. The guard is very rude and ignorant. management doesn't help either. just know how to talk patiently and sometimes don't want to pick up the call. And too many suicide cases. So do not hesitate to buy a house or rent a house in this area. This is my only review as a person sitting here...

😐 Room are leaking, have been rent here for a year and 2 unit i stay both leaking more terrible the lift under maintainance alway. However the location and the fee of rent is acceptable, nearby lot of shop and its close to CIQ.

😠 Dont buy house here, lot rempit with loud and noisy exhaust at night play around here almost everyday, until 2-4 am..no common sense for people who want to sleep and wake up for work/school tomorrow. Even car also also loud exhaust here.
