👍👍 Beautiful glass panel clinic and very friendly staff. Very clean and one of a kind. Very good doctor, took the time to explain everything with minimal waiting time. Left the clinic feeling a lot better. Wish all the clinic was like this.

😠 Worst Service.give lot of medicine and charge expensive price.more wrost thing is force you instant blood test and high charge for that.even you want skip some of medicine they Don't allow you.can you imagine 220+ only for just normal flu..i will not go ever that klinik.They are adjusting Their bus...

😠 The worst clinic ever I went for treatment. The staff are awfully racist!

😠 Just want to complain regarding this clinic, paying 40/H, no procedure incentive given for injections and even if do T&S. They can charge patient rm250, but giving reason of low patient load for no incentives. Very disappointing.

😐 the receptionist was very very rude (the indian lady), but the dr was very nice and attentive. service from the dr was really good. but please advise the staff to not be rude to customers next time.

👍👍 Dr Tan is the best, I have been going since I can remember. He is always so patient and explains things very well! It has been more than 30 yrs and he is still the family doctor!

😠 Need to improve attitude and the way you talk to patient. If patient ask for suggestion or advice, please reply politely. I have asked for advice, but been ignored. 😠 Poor customer service. Staff nurse not welcoming, arrogant and no thank you after payment made. Furthermore, no proper explanation regarding medications prescribed. Poor service

😠 Went to this ENT clinic twice over the past few years and was charged RM600.00++ to cleared the wax which blocked my ear. Though I am not poor yet I thought the charges was high. Today visited another ENT in Kempas area just to compare the service and rates. Unlikely I will visit Dr. Sham again
