😠 Paragon Suites are the worse place to stay.
1. If you think it is close to CIQ think again, the road is very busy and unsafe to walk.
2. With limited parking for grap and visitors, it becomes frustrating for residents to enter and exit the building.

👍👍 Be advised that residence respect serenity and peace. Make sure to not play at the swimming pool during the rain. Spacious area with 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 dry yard, 1 balcony. Water pipes were quite highly pressured

👍👍 Stayed there for about half a year now. Convenient and safe. Near to Larkin bus terminal, which is very convenient for travelling. There are shops and dobby at walking distance. So, overall good and convenient.

😐 Room are leaking, have been rent here for a year and 2 unit i stay both leaking more terrible the lift under maintainance alway.
However the location and the fee of rent is acceptable, nearby lot of shop and its close to CIQ.
